Returns & Refunds
Simply return any unused item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the price of the goods, provided it is in a new, unused, condition with original tags attached and labels with undamaged package (make sure the courier will not put any labels on the original box). Only an item purchased from our online shop can be returned or exchanged. If an item was purchased at any other retail store/online shop, the customer must contact the original shop of purchase regarding item return or exchange. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. We provide free returns to Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Go to 'My Orders & Returns' in your Lana Erunt account, select your order and
select the item(s) for return. If you process your order through guest checkout please contact our friendly Customer Service firstname.lastname@example.org to start your return.
Return your item(s) via your chosen method. Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Lana Erunt, unless you are from Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia. Send the parcel to our address: UAB “Vinilas”, Kėdainių 2B, Šiauliai, Lithuania LT-76135. If you are not from Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia please contact our customer service to inform about return email@example.com
If you are from Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia we provide you a free return. Just put a sticker, which you will find in the box, on parcel (not on original box).
Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method. We’ll update you when it’s completed. You will refunded only for the goods, but not for the shipping, taxes or duties.
If you do have a complaint please write to our email firstname.lastname@example.org. Lana Erunt welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to.
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 14 days and is in new, unused condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See section above, for details. All prices shown are cash prices in Euros. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications or with prior written notice to close an account. We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order.
How do I return/exchange an item?
The following policy applies only to Goods purchased on our Website. We cannot accept returns/exchanges of Goods purchased on other websites, in physical stores, or Goods from countries where we do not ship merchandise directly.
Please see the specific applicable conditions below:
You may return or exchange the colour or size of any online purchase made by you, within 14 days after the Goods are received. The Goods should be a new, unused, condition with original tags attached and labels with undamaged package (make sure the courier will not put any labels on the original box). Each item can be exchanged or returned one time only. Please note we only accept exchanges for changing the colour or size of the same item already purchased. If you would like a different item, please return your purchase and place a new order.
It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service email@example.com as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.
Return of damaged or faulty Goods
You have the right to return Goods for quality problems within the limits set forth by the law and these Terms of Sale. For returns related to quality concerns that occur within 14 days of Goods being received,. Please note that when the Goods are returned for quality problems we will examine them. If the Goods have quality problems we will repair them (if possible) or replace them with new Goods. If we are unable to repair or replace the Goods in a timely and satisfactory manner, then:
- for Goods purchased by you on our Website, we will refund the price paid for the Goods (but not the initial shipping costs and any other costs which customer had for making a return of Goods) to the card or bank account used for the original purchase in accordance with the applicable regulations. If we reasonably believe that the Goods you have returned to us are not faulty/damaged and do not have quality problems, or have been damaged due to misuse or were shipped to us later than the above mentioned deadline you will not be entitled to a refund and/or repair and/or exchange and we will return the original Goods to you. Please note that when the Goods are returned to us, we will review them for quality control. If the Goods are sent back in perfect condition, new, unused, and with all of the tags and labels attached, undamaged package (make sure the courrier do not put any labels to our original box) we will approve the return and reimburse the card or the bank account used for the original purchase. We will credit the refund to the card or bank account that you used to pay for the Goods as soon as as we receive the returned Goods, save for possible delays of technical nature not attributable to us (e.g.: malfunction of credit card system). In cases where the Goods appear to be worn or used, are missing any of the labels or tags, labels or damaged original box do not comply with our Terms of Sale where we have any reason to believe that the Goods are fraudulent or were not purchased directly on our Website, we will not be able to accept the return and we will send the original Goods back to you.
We offer customer assistance for any questions related to the use of the Website, the placement of an Order, the tracking of Goods, the availability of Goods, the login/registration process and any further information you may need in connection with the use of our Website and/or our Goods.
